Shipping Locations
We currently ship Nationally and Internationally. In cases that our carrier cannot deliver your item because of your location, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss alternatives.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next dispatch day.

Generally 1-2 business days from dispatch in Australia. Western Australia can expect delivery 3-4 business days from dispatch. International deliveries can expect 4-7 business days from dispatch. A tracking number will be provided on dispatch. |

Customs, Duties and Taxes
UK orders ship from Australia. Any import charges? We’ll take care of it. Just email through to marketing@sophic.com and we will have that taken care of straight away.

If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please take photos of packaging material and product and retain goods.
