Ethical Labour
Ethical production is non-negotiable. We manufacture in Australia under strict labour laws that protect fair wages and safe working conditions. Direct relationships with our suppliers, bound by a formal Code of Conduct, ensure accountability and consistent ethical standards throughout our supply chain. Responsibility is measured by how and by whom our products are made.
Local Manufacturing
Environmental responsibility starts with proximity. We manufacture within 50km of our headquarters, cutting freight emissions and supply chain complexity. This enables precise production planning, reduces waste, and builds direct relationships with local manufacturers for full transparency and accountability.
Cruelty-free & Vegan
Cruelty free means our products and ingredients are never tested on animals. Vegan means our formulations contain no animal-derived ingredients. Both standards guide our ingredient sourcing, supplier choices, and product development from the start.
Low-impact Packaging
Material choice carries environmental consequence. The entire Sophic CARE range is housed in recycled glass and aluminium - materials that can be recycled indefinitely without loss of integrity. Our glass bottles contain a minimum of 70% recycled content. Orders ship in cardboard packaging with compostable corn-starch cushioning. Pumps are intentionally excluded as mixed-material mechanisms often end up in landfill. A reusable metal pump is available separately. Reducing impact begins with reducing disposability.

Low-tox Ingredients
Our CARE range is formulated without synthetic fragrances, sulfates, silicones, artificial colourants, petrochemicals, parabens, PEGs or phthalates. With a minimum of 95% naturally derived ingredients, each formula features Australian native botanicals like Kakadu Plum, Quandong, Lemon Myrtle and Desert Lime, selected for their bioactive properties and proven performance.
